Shipping Policy (Skin care Products)
All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail by default due to the nature of the product to avoid prolonged heat exposure ; if another service is requested please contact us.
While priority mail is priced higher, we take extreme pride in the products we produce for you our customers and want to insure the product arrives as quickly as possible without harm or damage.
*We only ship Monday through Wednesday so that your product is not sitting for prolonger period of time in carrier’s warehouse.
*Track your package as soon as it arrives to avoid sitting outside where the risk for the product melting is possible. Please do not leave the product in your car to avoid the risk of the scrub and polish melting.
Please be sure that the address provided is correct. Any returned packages due to incorrect address or missing information from the address will have a (shipping rate) fee applied to resend the package. You will have the option to either pay for shipping or receive a refund to place the order again with the correct address.
Cold Pack Shipping:
Cold pack shipping is required during the Spring/Summer months as certain products are more susceptible to melting during transit.
Shipping with a cold pack is to try to prevent your butter from melting. All orders that qualify for cold pack shipping will automatically ship Priority Mail, and cost to ship will be higher due to the season of the year. The additional cost will cover the cost of the cold pack and for the Priority Mail shipping cost. Keep in mind that if the product melts, the appearance may be altered but not the performance of the product. The product can also can be refrigerated to restore its structure.
