I received a phone call one evening from a single mother of three that I attended church with. She expressed that she needed to talk and just felt stuck! She felt stagnant in life because she wasn’t making the progress she wanted to make. Although, I was physically exhausted that evening; I internally prayed as I listened to her. I prayerfully gave her tips, strategies and action steps on what she could do to be come unstuck in a particular area of her life. At the end of our phone call, we prayed together. As I prayed for her….. I could see a large bright pink flower opening! It was a beautiful blooming flower! Immediately, God instructed me to tell her that he was going to cause her life to Bloom.
As weeks passed, God was tugging at me internally to follow up with her to see how and if things were progressing in her life. I had become very concerned about her future and progress. I also gained a burden for other young women in my church and community that were struggling with moving forward in areas of their lives. As I thought about and prayed for these women; God gave me strategy on how I could (from my own personal experiences) be of help to other women that were also feeling stuck; and give direction and strategy in certain areas of their lives.
As a result of this phone call, Bloom By Faith was birthed. See not all of us struggle or need help in the same way or area of our lives. However, regardless of our personal area of struggle we have to believe we can face these challenges head on with strategies and tools to live happier lives.
Bloom By Faith’s purpose is to encourage, inspire and equip women in all stages of life to achieve their dreams in their businesses, finances, relationships, and health.
As the owner of Bloom by Faith, I have been a self made entrepreneur for the past 18 years. I have been married for over 25 years and I have overcome many challenges in these areas and it has truly been a walk of faith! I believe that women really can flourish to their fullest potential in those 4 key areas of life in spite of their past failures, mistakes, and mishaps in life.
The Bloom by Faith products sold on this website are created and hand made by me. My most most recent accomplishment is the publishing of my first book: Help, I’m Fat Again! A self help book designed to assist women in the area of weight loss.
